直樹さんから総括があると思いますが、 私が伝えたことを簡潔に。 チームとして 試合に勝利する事に近づけるための事(野球の特性)にも目を向ける。 (例)　オフェンス面 先制、中押し、ダメ押しを意識する。 ディフェンス面 ①点を取られても仕方ない場面と、取られては行けない場面を考える。 (例) ・上位打線、先頭打者出塁 →極端に言えばOK →取られても仕方がない点数とも言える。 ・下位打線、先頭打者出塁 →極端に言えばNG。 →取られてはいけない点数とも言える ②1試合9イニング3失点 平均3イニング1失点ならOKと考えてみる。 ・3イニング3失点ならその後のイニングは無失点 ・6イニング0失点で試合が進んだなら7.8.9.回3イニング3失点 みたいな試合の進み方であれば試合に勝ってると思わない？ などの野球の中身にも目を向けて。 と伝えました。 冒頭の通り、かなり簡潔に書いてると思うので不明点もあると思いますが、各自確認をお願いします。 4-4 △ ビックイニング　× 単一ランナー　× 表裏一体　○ 表裏一体が初めて○です。 少し甘めの採点ですが。良いプレーが出た後に一気に攻撃に転じる雰囲気はもう少し欲しいところ。 今日は守りで踏ん張れる場面が多かった。 【Point】 ①メイクチャンスは出来ている。チャンスで長打を打つ準備を。 →1番ベストは長打。場面とその日の自分の状態で最低限の仕事も意識しておくとよい。瞬時の状況整理能力。 ②相手が崩れたチャンスか、こちらが崩したチャンスか。 →四球、エラーでもらえたチャンスは（相手がバタついた場面）押せ押せ。守りに入る必要はなく攻めきること。 レベルが上がると、↑こういうチャンスは1.2回しかない。いかにその場面に集中力発揮出来るか。 →チャンスをくれないチームもある。以下に自分達で作るか。四球を奪えるか。強い打球を打ち続けるか。 ※四球の貰い方は後日改めて発信します。ポイントは振りに行くことです。見逃すことではない。 ③物事の分岐点を意識。その状態からベストな判断をし続ける。 全てが満点のゲームはほぼない。例えば最初のチャンスでビックイニングを作ることを目指しているが、出来ない場面もある。そうなったから接戦になることを覚悟する。意図せず、ランナーを貯めてしまう場面もある。 点差、打順の巡りにすぐ頭を切り替え、ベストな答えをすぐに導き出す。 例えば、アンラッキーなヒットでランナー1.2塁。2点差。の場面で考えること。 →バンドやらせて2.3塁。1アウト。 外野フライ打たれても2アウトランナー三塁。1点差。 アウト1個取れば終わり。 これを相手打線の巡り、キーマン（今日当たっているバッター）からどういうプランがベストかを考える。 などなど。 結果はどうなるかわからないが、こういう意図を持ってプレーし結果を貰うこと。 意図して意図した通りに物事が進むことが野球を楽しいと思う瞬間です。 これは色んな場面で言えます。 ④サインミスがなかった。 今日からエンドラン中心に何度か敢行しました。ノーミスに仕掛けられたのがよかった。 ランナーほ盗塁のつもりで。バッターは左中間、右中間への2塁打を打つつもりで。ランナーは一本で帰ってくるくらいの準備を。
