Ｄチーム初試合！ 声出しもぎこちなかったし、エラーもたくさん出たけれどしっかりしたチーム相手にするとこれくらいの差があることが分かって良かった。 まず守備面。久継がウエストして三盗を刺そうと工夫していた。初めてのポジションでこれが出来るのは野球を良く見てて、『いつかこうやってみよう』の想像をしていたから。想像しながら野球をたくさん見るのは大事！！ キャッチャーの捕球に関してはこれからどんどん練習するしかない、タッチの仕方もそう。練習あるのみ。 結人もバッター毎に守備位置変えていた◎今度はバッターの振りとか体の大きさとかも見てどんどん工夫していけたら！ 太一、悠悟は慣れない内野だったから動きが消極的だった。まだＣチームでの試合が残ってるから『自分も内野をやるかも』と思いながら内野の動きを良く見ておこう。 それから走塁面。 ここが相手との差が最も出た。『第二リードをして後ろに逸らしたら迷わず突っ込む、しっかりスライディング』これが相手は下位打線まである程度浸透していた。(実際後逸で８点とられた)。状況別の走塁練習を下級生やっていかないと。 声出しについては事前に確認しておくべきだった。監督反省(´๑•_•๑) 声出しでやるべきことは『アウトカウント、ランナーの確認』、『次に捕ったらどこに投げるか』、『次起こりそうなプレイの確認(振り逃げ、盗塁など)』、あとはピッチャーへの励まし『ナイスボール』、『いい球いってるよ』、『良いコース』など 辛い時ほど声出していこう！ 攻撃面は、悠志に意地の一本。怜も太一もしっかり振れているので続けていこう。 『三振』と『ピッチャーゴロ』を無くしていかないとなかなか点が取れない。素振りの時からピッチャーが投げてるところを想像して振ること！ あとベンチにいる時に出来ること、これをしっかり１年生に教えて行かなければいけない。今日くらいコーチがいたら『ベンチ担当コーチ』を作ってずっとついてもらう手もある！これはチームとしての課題。 反省がたくさん出たけど直すところがたくさんあるということは伸びしろしかないということ。来年が楽しみになってきた！ 次はＤチームはサンライ戦！！反省生かしていきたい。
