今日は、投手内容の改善がまず一番の大きな成長です。最低でも今日くらいの内容で投げてくれれば試合が安定し、攻撃にスムーズに進めることができます。褒めポイント。 しかしながら、ストライクとボールの割合で、ボールの数が今の半分ほどで終われるともっと良いリズムで試合展開ができる。そこは反省してください。 また、二試合目の3失点はいらない点を与えています。レンのエラーから始まりバタバタと崩れていくのはまだまだです。 一つのエラーから試合がひっくり返るのがソフトボール。試合に出る各々が責任を感じ、アウトにできる打球は確実に一つアウトを取る。基礎練を徹底してください。 また、エラーから嫌な雰囲気になっても崩れず立て 直す力を投手と最高学年に求めます。普段からの声出しや雰囲気を自分たちで作る習慣を身につけ逆境を抜けれるチームに。下級生を引っ張りなさい。貴方達がやらないと他にやれる人はいません。 最後にミーティングでも話したように、特に下級生ミナト以下、打席に立つ時、守備で守っている時、自分が主役、自分がやるんだという強い気持ちを途切らせないこと。 勝負に勝つということは、他者を蹴り落とすくらいの気持ちがないと勝てません。 ソフトボールのみならず、これから大人になれば他者との競争が嫌でも待っているし、勝っていかなければ自分の人生は開けません。 今の小学生の時にそこの強さを身につけられることは今後の人生においても大きなアドバンテージになるはずと信じてます。 伝え方は極端に伝えてるけど、負けるな。負けたらダメです。気持ちで負けないで。 来週も成長が見られることを期待します。 健人コーチ
