昨日の練習試合の相手は上二ボンバーズでした。先方は4年生が多いものの、経験の浅い子ども達が多いチームでした。 結果は、21-5の快勝でした！ この日も後攻で、想太が初回を抑えて、その裏に想太・新太・遥のクリーンアップがランナーを返して先制し、その流れで追加点を奪い、序盤で試合を決めました。 投手陣は、先発・想太が抜群の安定感で、4回をストライク先行で58球・7奪三振でした。ご愛敬で、大量リードで気が緩んだのか、最終回は少し雑になり、ボール先行になりましたが、全体的に安心して見られました。スイッチが入った想太の球の威力は抜群です！ 2番手・怜佑は以前より球に力が出てきてあり、4奪三振を奪いましたが、四球とエラーが絡んで4失点でした。怜佑の課題は明確で、ランナーが出ると落ち着きがなくなり、テンポが早くなり、コントロールが乱れ、打ち取ってもシチュエーション把握が出来ておらず、エラーして失点を重ねるという負の連鎖に陥ってしまいます。ボールを持っているのは自分なので、自信を持って自分のペースで投げる術を身に付けて欲しいです。来年は怜佑がピッチャーの中心になるので、練習試合で場数を増やして実戦で慣れさせていきたいです。 3番手・遥は2回無失点でしたが、相手のボール打ちに助けられました。球に力はありますが、如何せん制球力がなく、全体的に抑えきれずに球が高めに浮くので、ボールのリリース位置を意識させてコントロールを身に付けさせる練習をさせます。怜佑と遥が安定すると、想太もイニングを決めてしっかりと投げられ余裕が出るので投手陣の底上げをしたいです。 打撃陣は、先方の投手力が弱かったため、想太・新太・遥・瑛仁は気持ち良くヒットを重ねていました。特に、ゴロやライナーのヒットが多くよい傾向です。あとは、球の速いピッチャーにあたった時の攻略法です！特に、想太は昨日もライト側の打球が多かったので、レフトに引っ張って強い当たりを打てるようになるとチーム力が高まります。あと、1番・怜佑の打力アップ！ ただ、全体的に振っていましたし、大輝も2安打し、強く振ってバットに当たれば何かがあるので打席で強く振ることを引き続き伝えていきたいです。 守備も瑛仁が前日のミスを繰り返さないようにサード前のゴロを突っ込んでアウト、センター・怜佑もセンター前のフライを好捕、ライト・湖太もライトフライに積極的にチャレンジ、葵葉もショードバウンドを獲りきってアウト、新太は盗塁刺し、大輝はレフトでしっかりカバーといいところがいっぱいありました。少しずつ自信が出てきたのか、積極性も出てきています。 声も低学年を中心によく出ていました！寧ろ、中学年の方が集中力が落ちていました… ただ、大量リードしたが故の反省点もありました。新太の雑なプレー、想太の内野手での集中力ダウン、遥の雑なカバー、怜佑・葵葉のダブルでのスクイズサイン連続見逃し、想太・新太・葵葉の中途半端な走塁などなど。 特に、走塁に関しては、まだまだ練習不足で、判断力が身に付いてないため、シートノットなどで継続的に指導していきたいです。 兎に角、雰囲気はよく子どもたちも力が付いてきていると実感し始めているので、この雰囲気を大事にしつつ、今後は少し強い相手と練習試合をして課題の再認識をするのもよいかと思いました！
