These "TeamHub Paid Plan Terms of Service" (hereinafter, the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the paid plan services (hereinafter, the "Service") provided by Link Sports Inc. (hereinafter, the "Company"). Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by the "TeamHub Terms of Service," and in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the TeamHub Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail. All registered users (hereinafter, "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the TeamHub Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the paid plan between the Company and Users who register for the Service in accordance with the TeamHub Terms of Service and who intend to use the paid plan.
Plan Upgrade
To upgrade their plan, Users shall apply through the Company's designated method. The change becomes effective on the day the Company accepts the application and notifies the User (the "Change Date"). When a plan is changed mid-month, the fee is calculated as follows:
Usage Fee for the Month of Change =
(New Plan Monthly Fee) − (Old Plan Monthly Fee ÷ Number of Days in the Month × Number of Days from Change Date to End of Month)
Plan Downgrade / Change to Free Plan
For downgrades or switching from the paid plan to the free plan ("Downgrade"), Users shall apply through the designated method. The change becomes effective the day after the expiration date of the previously used paid plan.
Account Cancellation
To stop using both the paid plan and TeamHub itself, Users must submit a cancellation request via the designated method. The cancellation date will be the day the procedure is completed. The handling of fees follows the provisions in the "Fees" section below. Users should also refer to the TeamHub Terms of Service for cancellation rules.
Users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Company for each service plan (hereinafter, "Usage Fees"), as disclosed in the app or on the official website.
Usage Fees are charged for the entire month beginning from the month of registration, regardless of the registration date, and are not prorated (except in the case of mid-month upgrades).
If a User cancels during the same month they registered, one full month of Usage Fees will be charged. If a User cancels mid-month, access ends immediately upon cancellation and a full month's fee for that month will still be charged. If the User re-registers within the same month, an additional full monthly fee will be charged for the new registration.
Users shall pay the Usage Fees using the payment method designated by the Company. Due to the nature of the Service, payments already made will not be refunded for any reason, unless the Company engages in willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company does not issue receipts for payments.
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users under the following circumstances:
The Company shall not be liable for any damages or disadvantages incurred by Users or third parties due to such suspension or interruption.
If a User suffers damage due to reasons attributable to the Company in connection with the use of the Service, the Company shall compensate such damage up to the amount equivalent to the monthly Usage Fee for the month in which the damage occurred. However, this limitation does not apply to damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
